Detection and Confirmation of the Metabolites of a Novel Candidate Cancer Therapeutic using the Automated Collection of Simultaneous MRM and Full Scan LC/MS/MS

This poster presents the use of a new software tool and high sensitivity fast scanning tandem quadrupole MS for the automated generation of MRM triggered full scan MS/MS experiments to simultaneously detect, quantify and confirm drug related metabolites in in-vivo studies.
