Detection of Metabolites in Different Animal Plasma Using the AbsoluteIDQ™ p150 Kit

Analysis of plasma samples from different animal species is of high interest in a variety of research areas, for example in pharmaceutical and toxicological research. This application note describes the testing and evaluation of the AbsoluteIDQ p150 Kit with different animal plasma. The data presented clearly reveal that the AbsoluteIDQ kit, normally specified for human plasma, can be used for analysis of murine, rat, canine, porcine and bovine plasma samples.
