Detection of sugar adulteration of honey using a new, highly robust LC-IRMS technique

In this application note, Elementar Americas presents its BiovisION Honey solution dedicated to honey adulteration detection. This solution comprises the iso CHROM^® LC, a novel, high-temperature LC combustion interface, the isoprime visION stable isotope analyzer, and the Agilent 1260 Infinity II LC. The system promises significantly better robustness and less effort for maintenance, reducing the overall costs per analysis compared to traditional LC-IRMS techniques.
