Determination of Endogenous Cellular Kinase Activity Through the Use of an Automated, High Throughput AlphaScreen®-Based Assay

This application note describes a cell-based method using AlphaScreen® SureFire® technology to quantify the phosphorylation of Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 3 (STAT3). The assay was automated using both an adherent and non-adherent cell method.
