Determination of Mercury and Arsenic in Milk Powder

In this application note, several milk powders were analyzed for mercury and arsenic using the contrAA High-Resolution Continuum Source AAS. Mercury and Arsenic can cause poisoning, therefore defined limit values must be complied so that the milk powder is allowed to be released for further processing.
