Determination of Sugars in Soft Drinks Using a Compact IC System

This application note demonstrates a method using the Thermo Scientific Dionex Integrion HPIC system for a high-performance anion-exchange with pulsed amperometric detection (HPAE-PAD). This method allows fast determination of sugars in soft drinks with no eluent preparation or sample derivatization.
