Determination of Sulfur in Nasal Spray and the Raw Sulfur Salt

There are a number of treatments available for the treatment of inflammation in the nose and throat, which all have different agent compositions, including sulfur. The use of spray bottles has been established for the application of the agent to the affected area. To ensure a consistent and safe dosage, the quality of the raw materials and final products must be controlled. In this application note, the sulfur content of different batches of nasal spray and the raw sulfuric salt was examined.
