Development of 96/384-Well Kinetic Neurite Outgrowth/Stabilization Assays in Human iPSC-Derived Neurons Using Long Term Live Cell Imaging

This poster describes a novel in vitro assays for quantifying neurite parameters (length, branching) kinetically in human iPSC-derived neurons in mono-culture and primary cryopreserved neurons and astrocytes in co-culture.
