For the last 25 years, Estapor^® magnetic microspheres have proven functionality in CLIA assays. In this application note, MilliporeSigma outlines a step-by-step guide in setting up a CLIA-based assay in a 96-well format using Estapor^® magnetic microspheres. The described assay design is potentially transferable to other platforms, such as automatic immunoanalyzers.
