In this application note, Agilent Technologies presents a comparison study consisting of two monoclonal antibodies (MabThera, NISTmAb) and one Fc fusion protein (Enbrel), using two different N-glycan sample preparation workflows it offers: 1) Agilent GlykoPrep Rapid N-Glycan Prep with 2-AB; 2) Agilent AdvanceBio Gly-X N-Glycan Prep with 2-AB Express (formerly ProZyme).
