Development of an Innovative Way to Test Durum Wheat Samples Using 6 Quality Indexes

This poster presents a method developed for the analysis of for Durum wheat semolina (Triticum durum) using the Mixolab Profiler. Results show the durum wheat semolina Profiler to provide a simplified and effective quality control tool to analyze Durum wheat products.
