Discovery of the First Small Molecule IL-17A Blockers

In this study, small molecule blockers of IL-17A are identified using two second generation technologies for DNA-encoded chemical libraries; YoctoReactor® (yR) technology and Binder Trap Enrichment ® (BTE).
