Drift correction in EIS

25 Jan 2021

Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) is a powerful technique for understanding the physical and electrochemical properties of electrochemical reactions. The central pillars of valid EIS results are linearity, causality and stability. In practice, stability for pseudo steady state electrochemical systems is difficult to achieve especially at low frequencies where the voltage (or current) may change is a systematic way or drift.
