Dual Luciferase Reporter Assay Using the Orion II Microplate Luminometer

This application note demonstrates a reliable and precise method for reliable and precise transcriptional analysis using the Dual Luciferase Reporter™ Assay (Promega) performed on the Orion II Microplate Luminometer. In this experimental setup the reporter enzyme quantifies the expression of the gene that is studied, whereas a control enzyme is used as an internal standard.
