Dye- and Probe-based qPCR Using the 0.5 to 20 μL Liquidator™ 96

8 Sept 2015

Quantitative PCR (qPCR) is a common application in biological and biomedical laboratories for detecting and quantifying specific nucleic acid templates in complex sample mixtures. Quantitative PCR is used for many purposes including in vitro disease diagnostic assays, single nucleotide polymorphism genotyping and template validation for next-generation sequencing. This application note describes the flexibility of the Liquidator 96 for qPCR methods.
