In this application note, Sartorius outlines a novel strategy to enable long-term, fully dynamic tracking of cell surface protein expression, based on fluorescently-labeled antibody fragments and lncuCyte^® live-cell analysis. This approach could prove powerful in analyses on complex and advanced heterogeneous cell models.
