Eluent Water Quality Affects HPLC Analyses

14 Jun 2011

This application poster from Millipore presents a study on the influence of water quality on HPLC analysers. Using baselines of deionized water, double distilled water, HPLC grade water, fresh ultrapure water and stored ultrapure water, prior to the separation of 7 drugs using a gradient of acetonitrile and either commercially-available bottled water or freshly purified water, chromatograms were compared.
