Enhanced Development of Virus-Specific Hybridomas Using ClonePix and CloneSelect Imager Technologies

This application note demonstrates how , when used in conjunction with CloneSelect Imager, the ClonePix System is a powerful tool in identifying two high-yield, high affinity hybridoma sub-clones capable of significantly higher antibody production capacity. Thus, this technology effectively contributes to the development of a novel therapeutic antibody to an immunogenic viral antigen.
