Essential Oils Authenticity Assessment in Food and Beverage Products by Static Headspace and Chiral Fast GC-TOF-MS

The use of chiral fast gas chromatography is very effective in for essential oil quality control, with the possibility to significantly shorten the analysis time for higher sample throughput. In this poster, a fully automated static headspace technique coupled to fast GC-TOFMS offers an easy and effective method for fast authenticity assessment of essential oils in different types of food and beverages.
