Estimating BSA Aggregation Kinetics with Dynamic Light Scattering and Raman Spectroscopy

This white paper demonstrates the successful combination of Raman spectroscopy with DLS, to investigate the time dependence of incubation at elevated temperature for a series of BSA formulations of different pH. The evolution of aggregation is monitored by DLS, while protein unfolding is tracked by measuring secondary structure through Raman spectroscopy, all in a single experiment.
