Evaluation of OCT₂-Mediated Interactions using Primary Human Kidney Cells

This poster describes the use of primary human kidney cells in culture, to model human drug transporter interactions mediated by the organic cation transporter 2 (OCT₂) protein. Metformin is used as the OCT₂ substrate and intracellular levels are analyzed using UPLC-MS/MS.
