This positively charged surface chemistry is engineered to enhance peak shapes for basic compounds. HALO® PCS is well-suited for low ionic strength mobile phases, maintaining peak symmetry even at higher loading capacities, and offering distinct selectivity compared to other C18 bonded phases. It comes in both Å and 160 Å pore sizes for the analysis of small molecules and peptides.
