Exploring Transition from SWATH™ Acquisition to MRM Analysis for Targeted Quantitative Proteomics

This poster presents the workflow and results from transitioning from a comprehensive quantitation of a sample from SWATH acquisition to quantitation of a subset of targets using MRM analysis. Targeted quantification is often desired to obtain accurate quantification in complex mixtures. MRM (Multiple Reaction Monitoring) is the most dominant workflow for performing this type of analysis, providing high sensitivity and selectivity.
