Extending the Molecular Weight Limits for Protein NMR Studies Using Specific Isotopic Labeling of Methyl Groups

NMR spectroscopy is one of the dominant tools in elucidating protein structure, dynamics and intermolecular interactions. However, studies have been limited by the relatively large size and weight of proteins. This application note demonstrates how this limitation has now been overcome by recent advances in protein labeling.
