Extractables Analysis of Flexboy® Bags Filled with Buffer Solutions

Flexboy® bags are designed for the preparation, storage and transport of biopharmaceutical solutions. They are used in many single-use applications such as storage and transport of buffers, chemical solutions, cell culture media, intermediates and bulk drug substances. This application note aims to provide a comprehensive assessment of the metals, volatile, semi-volatile and non-volatile organic compounds that can potentially be extracted from the fluid contact surface of Flexboy® bags.
