Extraction and LC/MS Analysis of Oligonucleotide Therapeutics from Biological Matrices Using Clarity® OTX™ SPE and Clarity Oligo-MS™ HPLC/UHPLC Columns

A huge challenge that scientists face in developing oligonucleotide therapeutics is the difficult and inefficient extraction protocols and analytical methods needed to conduct ADME/pharmacokinetic studies of therapeutic oligonucleotides. This technical note discusses a simple, yet quick and effective solution for isolating and analyzing therapeutic oligonucleotides using Clarity OTX, an extraction kit based on mixed-mode ion-exchange solid phase extraction.
