Extraction of Nucleic Acids from Sugar Beet Leaves

This application note describes the homogenization of sugar beet leaves for the purpose of extracting and isolating DNA for PCR amplification. The Geno/Grinder 2000 was used for the high throughput processing of sugar beet leaf material.
