Fast Screening for Non-Nutritive Sweeteners Using the ACQUITY UPLC H-Class System with ELSD

This application note presents a novel method for analyzing multiple artificial sweeteners in under five minutes using the ACQUITY UPLC H-Class System with ELSD. This method was used to analyze 7 artificial sweeteners in beverages and canned fruits.
