Fast-Tracked mAbs Formulation Development with the Automated Big Kahuna Viscosity Station

A major challenge in drug development is the need for the rapid formulation of biologic drug candidates. Many of these are high-concentration protein formulations with high viscosities which can cause difficulties in manufacturing and delivery. This application note demonstrates how the Big Kahuna system configured for biologics formulation uses its automated viscosity station for the early assessment of formulation viscosity.
