Fluorescence-Based Drug Sensitivity Testing Using 3D Tumor Microtissues and the Infinite® M200 PRO Monochromator-Based Multimode Reader

This technical note demonstrates that combining the Infinite M200 PRO multimode reader with InSphero’s microtissue model provides a powerful tool to assess drug sensitivity in more complex 3D cell culture models.
