Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP) Imaging in Living Cells

7 Jul 2011

In this application note, peripheral regions of HeLa cells are imaged transiently transfected with GFP wild-type Rab5 and labelled with AlexaFluor® 594 cholera toxin. The GFP compartments label the early endosomes, in which can be seen some of the cholera toxin. Images are captured using the Cascade II:512 Camera System.
