High Fidelity 96-Well Kinetic Assays for Cancer Biology: Cell Migration, Invasion, Apoptosis, & Angiogenesis

This poster describes a series of assays designed to provide long term (days to weeks) fully kinetic readouts of cell biology, using time-lapse video microscopy. Methods for image-based kinetic measurement of angiogenesis, cell migration and invasion, as well as apoptosis and cell death are presented.
