High-Fidelity 96-Well Kinetic Imaging Assays for Cell Migration

This poster describes a scratch wound assay of cell migration into an image-based, facile, robust, fully kinetic 96-well paradigm using the IncuCyte live cell imager. The approach is amenable to a range of cell types and screening of small molecules, biologics and gene interference reagents (e.g. siRNA, miRNA).
