High-Resolution Localization of Fluorescent Proteins Using ZEISS’ Shuttle & Find for Super-Resolution and Scanning Electron Microscopy

ZEISS’ Shuttle and Find is an easy-to-use, highly productive workflow from a light to an electron microscope and vice versa, enabling the user to overlay fluorescence and ultra-resolution images. This workflow is especially useful for cell biology, neurobiology, studies of host-parasite interaction and analysis of symbiotic relations. This application note presents the use of Shuttle and Find in high-resolution localization of fluorescent proteins.
