High Sensitivity Quantification of Triptorelin Deca Peptide using the QTRAP® 6500 System

The ten amino acid synthetic peptide Triptorelin, is a gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist (GnRH agonist) used in the treatment of hormone-responsive cancers such as prostate cancer and breast cancer. In this study, hormone levels were monitored in rat and human plasma during drug development, using new IonDrive™ technology in the QTRAP® 6500 System.
