High throughput DNA quantification and quality checks for low volume samples

This application note describes the use of the Spark^® Multimode Microplate Reader for low volume DNA quantification, using the NanoQuant Plate^TM to quantify 2 μl DNA samples – including a full spectral analysis – in just a few seconds.
