Highly Accurate Separation of 25-hydroxyvitamin D2/3 and their 3-epi Analogs Using the Biocrates® Vitamin D Kit with PFP Selectivity

The application note demonstrates the Biocrates® Vitamin D kit, which was developed for the separation of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 and 25-hydroxyvitamin D2. However this study demonstrates that by changing the analytical column and slightly the gradient, it is also possible to obtain a base line separation of 3-epi-25-hydroxyvitamin D3. This maintains the advantages of the easy to use, straight forward sample preparation in 96-deepwell format, enlarging the research fields covered by the Biocrates® Vitamin D Kit.
