HILIC Columns for Phosphorylated Sugar Analysis

Phosphorylated saccharides occupy a central position in carbohydrate metabolism. Numerous sugar interconversions occur when the sugars are linked to phosphates and di-phosphates. This application note describes the use of HILIC columns for phosphorylated sugar analysis.
