In this application note, Horiba describes the multiplexing capacity of a surface plasmon resonance imaging biochip loaded into the XeIPIeX instrument. XeIPIeX enables multiple label-free molecular interactions to be monitored in parallel. This technology is demonstrated here for the optimization of antibody immobilization on a SPRI-BiochipTM.
