How switching mobile phases can improve your OMNISEC results

In order to fine-tune the degradation rates of polymeric products, the physical properties of PLGA can be assessed using GPC/SEC analysis. In this application note, two PLGA samples are studied in two different sets of GPC/SEC analysis conditions, the results compared and optimal analytical conditions determined for these samples. The article demonstrates the ability of Malvern’s OMNISEC Triple Detection GPC/SEC System to provide outstanding chromatography data for the analysis of both acid- and ester-capped PLGA samples.
