IC-amperometric Analysis of Sugar in Honey According to EU Regulation

EU Regulation 1169/2011 defines rules for nutrition declaration on foodstuffs. The objective is to provide food information to the general public and to label food ingredients that are hazardous to health when consumed in larger quantities.
