Imaging-based evaluation of neuroprotective effects

This application note demonstrates how the Spark^® Cyto, a multimode reader with cell imaging capabilities, can be used to evaluate the neuroprotective effects of miR-23b-3p (miRNA) and tilianin (compound) on stable transfected cell lines and human primary neurons.
