ImmunoSIGNAL™ Cytokine Storm

This application note describes how client's test monoclonal antibodies are evaluated for their ability to stimulate the PBMCs, and specific cytokines and chemokines secreted are measured. Corresponding isotype controls are used to monitor non-specific activation of human peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) culture. Superagonistic anti-CD28 antibody is used as a positive control.
