Impact of cryopreservation on performance of the Maxpar Direct Immune Profiling System

The Maxpar® DirectImmune Profiling System has set a new standard for comprehensive immunophenotyping of human PBMC and whole blood by enabling simultaneous identification and enumeration of 37 immune subsets. This application note describes a proof-of-concept study where human whole blood samples stained with the Maxpar® Direct Immune Profiling Assay were cryopreserved for up to 120 days then thawed, data was acquired on a Helios mass cytometer and analyzed with Maxpar Pathsetter software.
