Improved Metabolome Coverage and Increased Confidence in Unknown Identification Through Novel Automated Acquisition Strategy

25 Sept 2018

Limitations in data-dependent acquisition (DDA) hinder the identification of certain metabolites in complex samples. What's more, data-independent acquisition (DIA) approaches often result in complex fragmentation spectra that further complicate the process of identification. This poster describes the analysis of human plasma using a 'data-informed' worklow to maximize metabolite interrogation by MS/MS and MSn.
