Improving the Detection Limits of Thyroglobulin in Human Plasma by Combining Siscapa Enrichment and Microflow LC/MS

Thyroglobulin is a 660 kDa dimeric protein used as a biomarker for evaluating treatment efficiency in thyroid cancer. Current immunoassays yield high false negative rates due to the presence of auto Tg antibodies, blocking the assay in a significant portion of the patient population. This scientific poster describes an alternative approach by combining SISCAPA with standard flow LC/MS.
