In Vivo Optical Imaging of Infectious Disease: Tracer Development, Infection Tracking, Therapeutics, and Host-Response in Preclinical Models

In Vivo Optical Imaging of Infectious Disease: Tracer Development, Infection Tracking, Therapeutics, and Host-Response in Preclinical Models

18 Aug 2015

This application note highlights the development and application of non-invasive, optical infection imaging methods in preclinical models, achieved when using the Bruker imaging systems. Optical imaging has been applied to preclinical studies of infection and methods and reporters including bioluminescent and fluorescent epigenetic reporters, fluorescent nanoparticles, and exogenous fluorescent agents have been used in optical infection imaging studies.
