InCellis®: The Perfect Tool to Qualify Cell Labeling Before Using a High End Microscope

2 Aug 2017

The centrosome is an organelle implicated in cell cycle regulation. During cell division, two centrosomes serve as anchors to guide chromosomes and divide them into two equitable batches to form two daughter cells. Expression of GFP-centrin recombinant protein into in-vitro cell culture allows direct visualization of centreole behaviour in living cells using high sensitivity fluorescence imaging. InCellis® provides high quality images from the benchtop allowing the user to easily controll the quality of centrosome labeling before analysis.
