IncuCyte™ High Definition Imaging Mode

This technical note discusses the fluorescent properties of riboflavin in cell culture media, the impact that this can have in images acquired with the IncuCyte imaging system and describes an integrated image processing technique that has been implemented into the basic IncuCyte ZOOM software package to minimize the contribution of background fluorescence to analyzed data.
