Kinetic and Label-Free, Live Content Imaging Assays for Neurite Outgrowth in Primary, iPSC-Derived and Immortalized Neurons

This poster describes an in vitro fully kinetic neurite outgrowth assay miniaturized to 96 and 384-well microtiter plate formats based on analysis of time-lapsed, phase-contrast images. Validation and pharmacology data from a range of cells including human iPSC-derived neurons, primary neurons, and neuronal-like cell lines are described.
